Welcome to Betty J. My name is Jamie Baker, I am the creative force behind Betty J.  

 I love making jewelry. I’ve been making earrings since 2007. I started making jewelry in college because I didn’t have a lot of money. I thought that if I made a new pair of earrings daily, somehow my old outfit would look new. I also loved making jewelry because of the peace I felt while creating. It was relaxing to sit and create a piece from the top of my head.

Betty J is named after my mother. My mom is my biggest inspiration. She is always encouraging me and telling me that with God I am unstoppable.  I hope that the people who wear Betty J feel inspired and uplifted to do anything on their minds and hearts.
